Habito Agency is registered in Opatija, Croatia. Habito is procurementing in the real-estate business in following areas:
land, all kind of apartments, houses, turistic properties, business properties, industrial infrastructure and in all other areas in real estate business.
Habito is able to procurement in English, German, Italian and of course Croatian language. All the legal issues are covered by the legal adviser.
Habito is providing:
- Checking of the ownership and technical status of the property
- Adjustment and writing of the preselling contract
- Adjustment and writing of the main selling contract
- Entry in the land register
- Submitting the tax form
- If possible for the foreign clients, colaboration with the Privredna Banka Zagreb (Econnomic Bank Zagreb)
regarding getting the real estate credit - Any other duties relative to real - estate business

Habito within its activity is trying to connect the seller or buy with the other person in order to conclude the procurement business.
Habito will give the oppinion about the market value of the property and introduce it to the client, warn the client about the
imperfection of the property, check the needed documents for the validity of procurement business, check the ownership documents and warn the client about the imperfectin of the documents and known the client with all the legal, tax and other duties resulting from the legal real - estate business.
