Real estate business in Croatia is regulated and conditioned with several legal acts.

The foreigners are able to buy the property in Croatia reciprocitevly. This is covered by the Act of reciprocity.
The new Law since the beginning of February 2009. allows to the Citizens of the European Community to buy
and sell properties equally to the Croatian Citizens, what means they can buy and sell their properties without
the reciprocity
clause. The real - state market is completely open to the EU citizens.
